El Albergue Mondpalast ofrece una amplia variedad de habitaciones: Desde habitaciones sencillas hasta habitaciones con 10 camas por dormitorio. Todos sus diseños están inspirados en los Signos del Zodiaco. Algunas de las habitaciones privadas tienen su baño privado (Ensuite). Las camas están hechas. Lo mejor de todo es que el Albergue tiene su propio bar! Después de unas copas, estarás a sólo unos pasos de tu cama.

Muy buena Ubicación

MondPalast está ubicado en el corazón de Dresden, en el adorable y popular barrio: "Neustadt". Todos los bares y clubs se encuentran aquí. Puedes salir a recorrer la ciudad y siempre estarás cerca para volver a disfrutar tu cómoda cama. Desde nuestro albergue, te tomará solo unos minutos para llegar al paseo del Río Elba, desde donde puedes admirar la impactante e histórica ciudad vieja: "Altstadt". Para llegar a casi todas las atracciones que esta hermosa ciudad te ofrece, necesitas unos 20-30 minutos caminando o 10 minutos en tranvía.

También, puedes explorar los alrededores de Dresden como por ejemplo: Meiseen, el castillo Moritzburg y Pillnitz, "Saxon Switzerland": Un Parque Nacional que es un real paraíso para los excursionistas amantes de la Naturaleza, la escalada y el senderismo.

Liked: I stayed for five nights. This is one of the best Hostels I have stayed in. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very safe due to the number of keycard points that had to be entered. The location is excellent in the Neustadt area - lots of bars and eating places close by and about a 30 minute walk to the Old Town (or get a tram). At night, the Neustadt area was my preference. However it was the friendliness of the staff and the social aspect of the hostel that differentiates it from other hostels. The bar is a great place to socialise and meet other guests - I met some great people while staying at Hostel Mondpalast - and the hostel organises social events most evenings. All of the staff were great but a special mention for Fabian for keeping our drinks flowing and for his conversation. Bike storage is also good for anyone cycling the River Elbe cycle path. I would recommend Hostel Mondpalast to anyone visiting Dresden - which is a fabulous city - and would definitely stay here again. Disliked: Nothing. For anyone who cannot take their luggage up stairs be aware there is no elevator. Not a problem for me.

Het doet ons een plezier om te horen dat je onze toplocatie hebt gewaardeerd! Ons hostel is inderdaad midden in de trendy wijk van Dresden gelegen, nabij alle bars en clubs. Ook het historische stadscentrum is gemakkelijk bereikbaar, zowel te voet als met de tram.We zijn blij dat onze inspanningen om een propere omgeving te voorzien, zijn opgemerkt. Ich kann das Hostel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann jederzeit mit Anliegen zu ihnen kommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend für ein Hostel.Ich fand es auch toll,dass man jederzeit kommen konnte, auch wenn es nach Mitternacht ist.Das Frühstück hielt für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit und es war üppig. Die Lage find ich super, da man schnell Bus und Bahn erreicht und auch in Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung gehen kann.Trotz der Bar und Restaurants war es relativ ruhig in der Nacht.Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen in das Hostel.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, l'atmosfera era super rilassata nel bar all'ingresso e ho apprezzato molto il caffè gratis. Unica nota negativa: non c'era disponibilità di camerate femminili quando ho prenotato e non c'è limite d'età, quindi mi sono ritrovata in una stanza con solo uomini anche in là con l'età e non è stato affatto piacevole, viaggiatrici solitarie attente. Non è una colpa dell'ostello ovviamente, ma è giusto farlo presente :)

Nachtrag: Die Reaktion des Unternehmens zeigt die Kritikfähigkeit. Schaut euch sehr genau die Stornierungsbedingungen an. Und schaut mal nach dem Rechtsanwalt, der die Storno Rechnung stellt.
Diese "Bewertung" gehört zu ein paar anderen Rachebewertungen. Ein Gast ist mit einer Rechnung mit Stornogebühren, weil er zu spät storniert hat nicht zufrieden. Dann hat er auch zwei E-Mails und einen Brief von uns nicht reagiert, deswegen gingen wir ins Mahnverfahren. Und jetzt bittet er aus Rache alle seine Freunde hier bei Google schlechteste 1-Sterne Bewertungen zu schreiben. Tri Do, du hast gar nicht bei uns übernachtet. Solid hostel had everything to offer, was fortunate to have the whole room to myself as it wasn’t as fully booked. The only critique is the distance from Altstadt which is roughly a 40 min walk. The trams are so efficient here so it makes the journey super quick. Friendly bar staff name drop Dan who made my stay welcoming and pleasant

We're located in Dresden's trendy district where the night life happens - just where all the cool cats hang out. A lot of young Dresdeners, bars, and clubs are around, making it a vibrant and lively area. But yep, Altstadt is only a 30 min walk or four quick tram stops away, so you're never too far from the historic town center. Big shout out to Dan for being a superb host at the bar. Im Falle einer notwendigen Stornierung die letzten Abzocker, bei einem (?) Tag Fristüberschreitung und somit vor dem Reisetermin. Gerichtsverfahren wegen 49 Euro angestrengt. Ich kann nur absolut vom Geschäftsverkehr mit dieser Firma abraten!!! Ergänzung: Respekt, daß ich auf meine Rezension eine Reaktion erfahre! Das meine ich im Streitfalle ehrlich. Dennoch werden Sie von mir keinen Cent erhalten, lächerlich genug, für 48,50 € "für null Leistung" vor Gericht zu ziehen und auch noch zu 100 % Recht zu bekommen! Wie war das gleich mit ersparten Aufwendungen??? Und ICH muß aufgrund gesundheitlicher Einschränkungen um meinen Lebensunterhalt kämpfen, anstatt die Hand aufzuhalten und potentielle Gäste abzuziehen. Und Stichwort "Rachebewertung": Ja, das kann man so nennen! Wer mich aus lächerlichem Anlass vor Gericht zieht, erlebt die Konsequenzen. Wäre eine Nachfrage im Winter vorhanden gewesen, hätten Sie das meinerseits gebuchte Bett locker neu vermieten können. Ich glaube, daß Sie dies sogar erfolgreich getan haben. Insofern ist die Stornoklage schlichtweg unverschämt! - Bearbeitung Ende - Nebenbei lese ich hier noch, daß ich zum Frühstück lediglich "vegane Aufstriche" und was weiß ich, jedoch nicht einmal ganz normale Wurst bekommen hätte. Leute, unsere Geschmäcker und Geschäftsmodelle unterscheiden sich DEUTLICH... Für Euer Hostel wünsche ich mir dringend eine neue Führung oder aber den Untergang... PS: Ich habe Ihre Nachrichten im Übrigen nicht ignoriert, sondern mehrfach fernmündlich erfolglos versucht, eine gütliche Einigung zu erzielen .Insofern:...
Das ist eine Rachebewertung, weil der Gast eine Stornogebühr bezahlen muss. Hallo Markus, du kannst bei uns bis zwei Tage vor Anreise völlig kostenlos stornieren. Das sind die Bedingungen, die du bei deiner Buchung so akzeptiert hast und meiner Erfahrung nach ist diese vergleichsweise kulant. Die gelten für alle Gäste gleich. Du hast erst am Tag vorher storniert. Danach hast du unsere Rechnung wie auch eine freundliche Erinnerung einfach ignoriert. Wenn das dein "Geschmack" ist, dann bin ich recht froh, wenn sich unsere Geschäftsmodelle unterscheiden.

Das stimmt ganz sicher so nicht. Unsere Stornobedingungen erlauben ein kostenloses Storno bis zwei Tage vor Anreise. Wenn jemand danach - oder gar nicht - storniert, dann ist der Übernachtungspreis die Stornogebühr, weil wir ja das Zimmer/Bett für dich freihalten und anderen Gästen absagen. Und wir erlassen sogar die Stornogebühr ganz, wenn wir das entsprechende Zimmer noch an andere Gäste vergeben können. Und nein, die Rechnung kommt nicht direkt vom Anwalt. Es gibt eine E-Mail von uns, noch eine E-Mail mit einer freundlichen Erinnerung, dann kommt noch ein Brief. Wenn jemand auf gar nichts davon reagiert, ja, sorry, dann beginnt das Mahnverfahren.

Hier bittet jemand, der mit einer Rechnung von uns wegen eines Stornos nicht zufrieden war, seine Freunde jetzt viele 1-Sterne Bewertungen zu schreiben. Alle mit gleichem Inhalt. Ich habs deinem Freund schon geschrieben: Eine Reservierung ist doch für beide Seiten verbindlich. Wir garantieren ihm das Bett und sagen anderen Interessenten ab bzw. das gebuchte Bett/Zimmer ist online für andere Gäste nicht buchbar. Er kann bis zwei Tage vor Anreise völlig kostenfrei stornieren, er muss noch nicht einmal etwas anzahlen. Ab dann fallen aber Stornogebühren an. Wenn man dann auf zwei E-Mails und auf einen Brief nicht reagiert, dann entstehen leider weitere Kosten im Mahnverfahren.

Liked: Hele goede ligging in erg gezellig uitgaans gebied. Veel restaurantjes, barretjes, winkeltjes. Het hostel zelf is goed ingericht, prima gezamenlijke slaapzaal, genoeg sanitair, kookgelegenheid en het is ook een gezellige plek om wat te drinken, aardige mensen. Disliked: Iets schonere douches zou het nog beter maken.
Fijn dat je ons hostel in de gezellige uitgaanswijk van Dresden wist te waarderen! We zijn blij dat je de inrichting, onze slaapzaal en de gezellige sfeer positief hebt ervaren. Het klopt inderdaad dat ons hostel midden in de trendy wijk ligt, waar veel jongeren uit Dresden zich bevinden. Het historische stadscentrum is slechts een aangename wandeling van 30 minuten, of 4 haltes met de tram. We begrijpen je punt over de douches. Weet dat we elke dag grondig schoonmaken, maar soms kan het gebeuren dat iemand net voor jou een douche heeft genomen waardoor deze niet meer helemaal schoon is. We zullen in de toekomst extra aandacht besteden aan de netheid van onze voorzieningen.

Great place, although pubs and bars in the street were noisy, after 23:30 they were empty, so good sleep all in all

This is the loudest hostel I have ever stayed at.The room door was installed visibly crooked, so to close it properly from the outside you have to slam it. Seems like something that should have been fixed long ago. (room 103)Because the door was installed incorrectly I could hear every single conversation from the hall at full volume. A group in an adjacent room decided to throw a drunk party late at night. One of my roommates decided it was appropriate to pound his fist on the door every time he wanted to get inside instead of just using his key card. Needless to say I did not sleep at all in this hostel.
Thanks for the feeback about the loud door. You are right, its not closing properly. Everything is ok with the door, but the lock definitely needs some grease! We will do this now, thats actually quick and easy to fix. Thanks for letting us know. Maybe next time you tell us at the reception then in a review, because then we could fix it even quicker.

Perfect spot with great atmosphere. Friendly and easy going staff, great drinks. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own food, the shower is even better than the one at home and there is always tea/coffee/someone to chat or a suggestion for the indecisive.

Wir sind von einer nicht so schönen Unterkunft in das Hostel gewechselt. Wir waren happy. Auf unseren Wunsch zu fünft in einem Zimmer zu sein,wurde sofort drauf eingegangen und wir konnten flexibel einchecken. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und können nichts schlechtes sagen. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Liked: Bed is comfortable, shower room clean and new. 24h reception is really great for late check-in travelers (Felixbus so unpredictable). Good place to make friends, very helpful staff. Free coffee! Disliked: No elevator, so if traveling with huge luggage needs muscle. However people there were so kind they help me :)

The dorms in this hostel are one of the nicer ones I’ve been to - far different from the grey/sterile look of the beds in some other places. Even has has a small balcony for you to look out over the street and get some fresh air. The shower stalls are kept clean, don’t leak, and is heated up fast when you need it to. Karina at reception was a big help when I lost access to my phone and helped work me through getting to my next destination. Thanks again!

Salut! Ravi de savoir que tu as trouvé notre lieu sympa et convivial. Notre emplacement dans le quartier branché de Dresde offre une proximité inégalée avec les bars, clubs et le dynamisme de la jeunesse locale.
